1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ku999 and its users. ku999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the ku999 website, mobile app and all associated services.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a violation of platform policy and all accounts may be suspended. Prior approval from the administration is required to operate multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, ku999's support team must be notified immediately. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Financial Transactions and Payments

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on ku999 is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If a transaction fails, users are asked to contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The withdrawal process generally takes 5 to 30 minutes. KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ku999 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. For suspicious transactions, ku999 reserves the right to request additional documents and to place the transaction on hold. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ku999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If the user's payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the exchange rate of the relevant institution.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ku999 offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to make this bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times, i.e. ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

4.2 Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount.
• When wagering with bonus funds, bets placed on games outside the specified eligible games may not count towards wagering.
• If wagering is not completed within the set period at the time the bonus is issued, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ku999 will verify eligibility for bonuses and reserves the right to withdraw a bonus where applicable.
• If evidence of multiple accounts or bonus abuse is found, ku999 may cancel the bonus.

4.3 VIP Programme Conditions

The ku999 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. The weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. For example, if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

5 Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Unauthorised Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ku999:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to interfere with or modify the platform's software or systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, ku999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, cancel any bonuses earned and take legal action if necessary.

6 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure and Termination

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the opportunity will be given to withdraw any eligible balance. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be cancelled.

10.2 Closure by ku999

ku999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice for breach of these terms, fraud or any other legitimate reason. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned, but decisions regarding bonuses and suspicious transactions will be made after investigation.

11 Legal Jurisdiction

11.1 Applicable Law

These terms will be governed by the applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute, an attempt will first be made to reach a resolution through mutual agreement.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is deemed inapplicable or invalid, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue to be effective. The invalidity of one part does not void the entire agreement.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between ku999 and the user and replace any prior oral or written understandings. Representatives of ku999 do not have the authority to make additional promises beyond these terms.
